Here at JRA Restoration & Fabrication, LLC. We keep the business/client relationship very close. You don’t just drop off your project, pay a lot of money, and a year later you have a car, we like to keep the client very involved with the project. We do this by providing progress photos via E-mail with each billing statement and we also invite the client to stop by the shop throughout the restoration.
We feel that it is very important for the client to see the work, this way the client can see the quality of the work and how the progress is coming along. It also provides a time for any changes the customer might want to make during the restoration.To ensure there is no misunderstanding and to protect the client all changes and purchases of parts made are all documented and kept on file. All of this documentation will be given to the client at the end of the restoration.
Our goal with any restoration is to provide you with a car that is not only stunning to look at but a pleasure to drive and be seen in. Client satisfaction and quality carry the same priority.
